Anywhere on Mauritius. Choose a hotel, a town, an address, a point on the map, the airport or where you are now as the pickup, and anywhere else on the island as the drop-off.

Choose where you are going, set the time, the people and bags, then pick a car from the list at its driver’s price and slide to book.

You can still send the request. It stays open for 30 minutes and is offered to more drivers every 20 seconds, and the first to accept takes the ride.

The app shows your driver’s name, photo, car and plate, and where they are on the map. Give them your four-digit ride code when you get in.

Each driver sets their own prices, per km or as fixed fares between regions. You see the fare of every car before you book.

Pay your driver at the end of the ride, in cash or with MCB Juice. alé never handles the payment.

No. alé takes no commission on fares. Riders pay their driver directly.

The cancellation terms are on the booking screen before you slide to book, and any fee goes to your driver.

Add them by email. alé emails them a six-digit code, and once they give it to you, you can book their rides. They receive every ride email and do not need the app.

In the app, open Who can book for you and tap Stop beside them.

With your email. alé emails you a six-digit code to sign in, with no password. A new account also confirms its mobile number with a code on WhatsApp.

Write to [email protected] from the email address you sign in with and ask for your account to be deleted.
